Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Karachi Fumigation Services ("KFS", "we", "us", or "our"), with our registered office at Office-605, Trade Tower, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan.

By using our website at karachifumigationservices.com, submitting an enquiry form, booking a service by phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel, or by permitting our technicians to carry out work on your property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

✅ If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. Booking a service or submitting a contact form constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services provided by KFS — including termite treatment, cockroach control, bed bugs fumigation, rodent control, mosquito control, flea and tick treatment, water tank cleaning, and any other pest management or fumigation service we offer.

Our Services

Karachi Fumigation Services provides professional pest control and fumigation services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Karachi and, for larger commercial accounts, interior Sindh. Our current service offerings include:

Structural chemical barrier treatment and thermal detection. Covers subterranean and drywood termites across all property types.

Cockroach, Rodent, Bed Bug & General Pest Control
Targeted treatments using gel-bait, spray, heat, and exclusion methods appropriate to the pest and property.

Mosquito, Flea & Tick Control
Larvicide and adulticide treatments for outdoor and indoor areas. Pet-safe formulations available on request.

Water Tank Cleaning
Drain, scrub, disinfect, and refill service with official certificate issued on completion.

Official certificates for import/export compliance, government audits, commercial leases, and health authority requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be detailed in your written quotation.

Booking, Surveys & Quotations

All service engagements begin with a free property survey. The survey is conducted by one of our certified specialists and carries no obligation or cost to you. Following the survey, we provide a written quotation detailing the proposed treatment, chemicals to be used, estimated duration, warranty terms, and total cost.

Written Quotes Are Binding
Once accepted by you (verbally, in writing, or by permitting us to proceed), the quoted price is fixed. We do not add charges on the day of treatment that were not included in the original quote, except where the actual scope of infestation found during treatment materially differs from what was visible during the survey. Any such variation will be discussed and agreed with you before additional work proceeds.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we confirm a treatment date and time with you by phone or WhatsApp. No deposit is required for standard residential bookings. Commercial contracts may require a written purchase order or signed agreement.
Appointment Windows
We provide appointment windows (e.g., morning or afternoon). While we aim to arrive within the agreed window, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or a prior job running long may cause delays. We will notify you by phone if we are running more than 30 minutes late.

Client Obligations

To ensure our treatments are safe and effective, we ask that you fulfil the following obligations before and during service. Failure to comply may reduce treatment effectiveness, void warranty protections, or require rescheduling at additional cost.

Before the treatment visit:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the infestation, property, and any prior treatments during the booking and survey process.
  • Ensure the property is reasonably accessible — clear pathways to affected areas, kitchen cupboards emptied for cockroach treatments, furniture moved away from walls where relevant.
  • Arrange for all persons and pets to vacate the property for the re-entry period stated in your treatment instructions (typically 2–4 hours for general treatments, 4–6 hours for termite or heavy infestations).
  • Cover or remove exposed food, utensils, food preparation surfaces, fish tanks, and pet food bowls as instructed by our team prior to treatment.
  • Inform us of any known allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities of occupants — particularly respiratory conditions or pregnancy — so we can select the most appropriate product formulation.

During and after the treatment visit:

  • Ensure an authorised adult (18 years or older) is present to provide access to all areas requiring treatment and to sign the completion record.
  • Do not request our technicians to apply treatments to areas not included in the agreed scope without prior discussion and adjustment to the quotation.
  • Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician — including ventilation requirements, re-entry times, and surface-cleaning guidance — to protect the effectiveness of the treatment and the safety of occupants.
  • Report any concerns about treatment effectiveness within the warranty period rather than attempting to apply additional chemicals yourself, as this may interfere with our products and void your warranty.

⚠️ Important: KFS is not liable for reduced treatment effectiveness or any adverse outcomes resulting from the client's failure to follow pre-treatment preparation instructions or post-treatment care guidance as communicated by our team.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind every treatment we carry out. Every KFS service includes a written warranty — a guarantee that if the targeted pest returns within the warranty period, we will return and re-treat at zero additional cost to you.

🐀 Rodent Control 3 Months Re-treatment if rodent activity is detected; excludes new entry points created after treatment
🦟 Mosquito / Flea / Tick 3 Months Re-treatment if significant infestation recurs in treated areas
💧 Water Tank Cleaning Certificate Issued Official completion certificate provided; no re-clean warranty unless contamination is linked to our process

Warranty conditions — the following situations are not covered:

  • Re-infestation caused by new pest entry from outside the property (e.g., new termite colonies migrating from adjacent land) after the initial treatment has been completed.
  • Warranty claims where the client has applied additional pesticides, chemicals, or repellents after our treatment without our knowledge, which may neutralise or interfere with our products.
  • Properties that have undergone significant structural changes, renovation, or water damage after treatment that creates new conditions conducive to infestation.
  • Non-payment or disputed payment for the original service.
  • Claims made after the warranty period has expired.

Payment Terms

Payment for KFS services is due upon completion of treatment unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance (typically for corporate or contract clients). We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Official Invoices
We issue official FBR and SRB registered tax invoices for every completed job. Invoices are provided on the day of treatment or via email upon request. Commercial clients may request invoice delivery by email for their accounting records.

No Hidden Charges
The price stated in your written quotation is the final price for the agreed scope of work. No call-out fees, no travel surcharges, no disposal fees — unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

Commercial & Contract Accounts
Corporate clients with ongoing service contracts may be issued monthly invoices with net-30 payment terms, subject to prior written agreement. Overdue commercial invoices may attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

⚠️ Non-payment for a completed service will result in suspension of any active warranty on that job until the outstanding amount is settled. KFS reserves the right to pursue recovery of overdue amounts through legal channels where necessary.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment at no charge, provided you give us at least 4 hours notice before the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may incur a call-out charge to cover the technician's travel time, where applicable. No cancellation fee applies to the free survey visit.

By KFS
In rare circumstances (severe weather, technician illness, emergency), KFS may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the earliest available alternative slot. No penalty or charge applies to client-side rescheduling caused by KFS cancellation.

Liability & Limitations

KFS carries out all work with professional care and in accordance with industry standards. However, the following limitations of liability apply:

Our Liability Cap
Our total liability to you in connection with any single service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific service. This applies to all claims whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not liable for damage, deterioration, or structural defects that pre-existed our treatment. Our technicians will note any pre-existing damage observed during the survey, but cannot be held responsible for conditions we did not cause.

Plants & Sensitive Items
While we use WHO-approved products, some plants and aquatic life (fish tanks, ponds) can be sensitive to pesticides. Clients must inform us of such items before treatment so we can advise on protection or use alternative formulations. KFS is not liable for damage to plants or aquatic life if we were not informed prior to treatment.

Following Instructions
KFS is not liable for any adverse outcomes — reduced effectiveness, chemical exposure, or damage — resulting from the client's failure to follow our pre-treatment preparation instructions or post-treatment care guidance.

⚠️ Exclusion of Consequential Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, KFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or the use of our website — including but not limited to loss of business, loss of income, or losses arising from pest damage that occurred prior to or after our treatment period.

Chemicals & Safety Standards

KFS exclusively uses chemicals that meet the following standards. This is a core part of our service commitment and is not negotiable on any job.

WHO-Approved Products Only
All pesticides and fumigation chemicals used by KFS are approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for indoor use. We do not use agricultural-grade pesticides indoors under any circumstances.

Full Chemical Transparency
On request, we will provide the full name and safety data sheet (SDS) for every chemical used in your property before treatment begins. You have the right to ask about any product — and we will always answer clearly.

Odorless (Be-Bu) Options
Odorless, low-residue formulations are available for all general pest treatments — particularly suitable for homes with young children, elderly residents, pregnant women, or pets. Please request this at the time of booking.

By accepting a treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the general class of chemicals to be used and have had the opportunity to ask questions. You confirm that no occupant or pet has undisclosed conditions that would contraindicate the agreed treatment type.

Permitted Uses

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

🤝 Before formal proceedings: We always prefer to resolve any dispute directly and informally. We commit to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to working in good faith towards a fair resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts in Karachi. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For any material changes that significantly affect client rights or obligations, we will post a clear notice on our homepage for a minimum of 30 days after the change takes effect.
