Every covered treatment from Karachi Fumigation Services comes with a written warranty, not a verbal promise. If the pest we treated comes back inside the warranty period, we come back and treat again at no cost.
The Promise
If the Pest Returns, So Do We
A warranty in this trade is only worth something if it is written down and the company can still be reached when you need it. Ours is printed on a warranty certificate that you receive with your treatment record on the day of the job. It names the pest treated, the property, the date of treatment and the period covered.
The promise itself is short. If the pest we treated returns to the treated property within that period, call us. A technician inspects, and the affected areas are treated again. You do not pay for the visit, the chemicals or the labour.

Warranty Period for Each Treatment
The warranty is included in the price. There is nothing extra to buy, and no longer plan to upgrade to.

Not Covered
Treatments Without a Warranty, and Why
We would rather tell you this before you book than after. These services are done to the same standard, but a fixed warranty period on them would be a promise we could not keep.
Mosquito control & fogging
Mosquitoes breed in standing water and drains outside your walls and fly in every evening. Fogging and larvicide cut their numbers sharply, but an open property cannot be kept clear for a fixed period.
Mosquito control âRodent control
Rats come in from sewers, neighbouring plots and open doors. We trap, bait and seal the entry points we find, but one new gap or an open drain cover lets the next ones in.
Rodent control âAnts control
Ant colonies nest outside the building and return along new trails. Treatment clears the ants indoors, but it does not carry a warranty period.
Water tank cleaning
This is a cleaning service, not a pest treatment, so there is no warranty period. You receive a cleaning certificate after the job.

We inspect
We arrange a follow-up visit within 3 to 5 business days. The technician confirms the activity and finds where it is coming from, so the second treatment goes to the right place.
We treat again, free
The affected areas are re-treated at no cost to you: no visit fee, no charge for chemicals or labour.
Terms
Warranty Terms in Plain Words
The conditions are short. They are the same ones set out in our Terms of Service.
The warranty is valid when
- â The claim is made within the warranty period on your certificate
- â The original service has been paid for in full
- â The preparation and after-care instructions from the technician were followed
- â No other pesticide, chemical or repellent has been applied to the treated areas since
The warranty does not cover
- â A different pest from the one named on the certificate, or areas that were not part of the treatment
- â A new infestation that enters from outside the property after treatment, such as a new termite colony moving in from adjacent land
- â Properties that have had significant structural changes, renovation or water damage since the treatment
- â Claims made after the warranty period has ended
- â Repair of damage caused by pests, or a cash refund. The warranty is a free re-treatment

Why the Termite Treatment Warranty Runs Up to 5 Years
Termite treatment carries the longest warranty because it is a different kind of work. A chemical barrier is placed in the soil and in the structure, and it goes on working for years after the team has left. A cockroach or bed bug treatment clears the pests that are in the property on the day, which is why those warranties run for months.
The period on a termite treatment warranty depends on the treatment your building needs. It is written on the quote before you agree to anything, and again on the warranty certificate, up to a maximum of 5 years.
One thing shortens the life of any termite barrier: breaking it. New construction, digging along the walls, re-flooring and plumbing work can all open a gap in the treated soil.
